2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use hulk33. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Any account registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed upon discovery, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Residency. hulk33 is operated for and primarily directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited under applicable law as they pertain to you personally. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on hulk33. The operation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of hulk33 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to register or maintain an active account on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. hulk33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any deposit received in a currency other than IDR may be declined or returned.

Deposits via local bank transfer and supported e-wallets are credited to your hulk33 account balance in real time, subject to the operational hours and processing conditions of the respective payment provider. hulk33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method held in the same name as the registered hulk33 account. hulk33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.5 Bonus Abuse. Any conduct that hulk33 determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, the use of automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. hulk33 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel related winnings, and close the relevant account(s) without prior notice.
5.6 Withdrawal of Real Money Funds. Where a member holds both real money funds and bonus funds in their account, real money funds will be used first for wagering purposes unless the Platform's system is configured otherwise. Members may withdraw real money funds at any time, provided no active bonus restrictions or pending wagering requirements apply to those funds.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers placed on hulk33 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. hulk33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where odds or game outcomes have been published in error, where a technical fault has occurred, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published reference data. hulk33 is not responsible for discrepancies between third-party draw results and the reference source used by the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the reference source used by hulk33 shall be definitive.
6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmed acceptance. hulk33 cannot guarantee that odds displayed on screen reflect the odds at which a bet is accepted due to the inherent latency of internet communications.
6.5 Void Bets. hulk33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, system error, match abandonment (subject to applicable sport-specific rules), or where the integrity of the market is compromised. Voided bets are returned to the member's account balance at the original stake amount.
6.6 Maximum Payouts. hulk33 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the Platform's sportsbook and casino sections and are subject to change. Where a winning wager exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the calculated return.

9.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, hulk33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 No Warranties. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hulk33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform.

11.1 By hulk33. hulk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, any outstanding real money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Members who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may contact hulk33 support at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Remaining real money balances will be withdrawn to the member's verified payment method upon successful KYC verification.
hulk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. hulk33 is licensed and regulated internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent hulk33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prejudicial conduct.
